Richard H. Tucker

Richard H. Tucker formed Tucker Development Corporation (TDC) in March, 1996. The focus for TDC is development and redevelopment of shopping centers and other mixed-use properties. This company draws on Mr. Tucker's vast 28 years of experience in the development, redevelopment and financing of retail projects. Utilizing his skills, he has developed and/or acquired over 8,000,000 square feet. Currently, TDC has a property and development portfolio of more than 4,000,000 square feet with locations in Illinois, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Tucker is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) currently serving on the National Open Air Center Committee, served as past Illinois State Director of the Illinois State Committee and past Chairman of the Illinois Governmental Affairs Committee. Mr. Tucker is a frequent panelist at various real estate conferences and other educational formats.
