Robert Clark Vice President, Development

Robert Clark joined Tucker Development Corporation in 2004, and was promoted to Vice President of Development in 2009. He is responsible for acquisitions, entitlements and development which include market analysis, site selection, deal sourcing, project evaluation, financial underwriting and documentation. Mr. Clark’s role spans direct involvement as well as oversight of third-party consultants such as architects, engineers, fiscal impact/incentive advisory and market research.

Mr. Clark spent 5 years with First Chicago NBD (predecessor to JP Morgan Chase) within the Commercial Real Estate Department where, as a Loan Officer and an Underwriter, he was responsible for the sourcing and underwriting of commercial construction loans.

Mr. Clark received his Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Management from Arizona State University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
