Teresa L. Connors Vice President, Property Management

Teresa L. Connors joined Tucker Development Corporation (TDC) in July 2001, and was promoted to Vice President of Property Management in May 2003. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of TDC’s Illinois properties as well as coordinating the due diligence process for potential acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Connors spent 4 years with Bradley Real Estate, Inc. as Senior General Manager, overseeing a portfolio of REIT owned shopping centers. Prior to Bradley Real Estate, Inc., she was employed by Mid-America Asset Management Company where she was responsible for the third party management of pension fund-owned retail properties.

Ms. Connors received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
