James Hicks Chief Financial Officer

James Hicks joined Tucker Development Corporation in January 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and has general supervisory responsibility for the finance and accounting activities of the company.

From 1994 until 2004, Mr. Hicks served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Great Lakes REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, where he was responsible for all accounting and financing activities of the company. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Hicks was employed by JMB Institutional Realty Corporation as a Vice President of Portfolio Management and was responsible for asset management activities for both domestic and international properties.

He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Mathematics from Augustana College and his MBA degree from Northwestern University. Mr. Hicks is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
