Who we are
As part of the Tucker platform, Tucker Acquisitions builds on a 40-year legacy of real estate investment and development. Richard Tucker's four decades in the business span more than 10 million square feet across six states, and since 1996 the Tucker platform has developed, redeveloped, acquired, entitled, and advised on over 7 million square feet. Led by Richard and Aaron Tucker, Tucker Acquisitions combines institutional expertise, deep Midwest market knowledge, and a proven record across necessity-based retail.

- Ownership of over 2 million square feet of Midwest retail, including more than 400,000 square feet of unanchored retail
