Tucker identified and acquired a sought-after development site within the Fulton Market District of Chicago as part of its 900 West project adjacent to the site.  Tucker worked with a joint venture partner with a vision for a tall and slender tower for the site.  Tucker worked with celebrated architect Morris Adjmi & completed the entitlements for a nearly 500’ residential tower on the site in late 2019.  Tucker exited the investment in February of 2020.
