$93.6M Acquisition Of Five Suburban Chicago Shopping Centers 

In August of 2022, Continental Realty Corporation entered the Suburban Chicago Market with its acquisition of a portfolio of five shopping centers comprising over 900,000 square feet of gross leasable area. 

 

Tucker Development acted as an acquisition and development consultant on the transaction.
