Transit oriented development

Development Program: Transit Oriented Development (TOD) encompassing 300,000 square feet (40,000 square feet grocery; 60,000 square feet of retail shops; 22,000 square feet of office; 142 condos and lofts; and a 250 space public parking garage).

Financial Structure: Capital stack included public/private partnership with the City of Des Plaines, which included Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and conventional bank debt financing.
