Purchase complete, developer moves forward with plans at purple hotel location in Lincolnwood

CHICAGO TRIBUNE Highland Park developer has acquired the former purple hotel in Lincolnwood as plans for the District 1860 development move forward. Rich Tucker, chief executive officer of Tucker Development, confirmed Monday that his company completed the purchase of the 8.47-acre site on March 21.
