A historic renovation in Fulton Market.
900 West is a renovation of ten historic low-rise buildings on the 900 block of Randolph Street, with frontage on Randolph, Sangamon, and Lake streets in Chicago's historic Fulton Market District. Together they comprise 37,036 square feet of street-level retail and an additional 54,338 square feet of office on the upper floors.
The office space is anchored by co-working provider Spaces. Retail tenants include the first U.S. location of Italian pizzeria Bonci, alongside national brands such as Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and Bluemercury. Tucker recapitalized the asset with a joint venture partner in 2019, exited its remaining interest in 2021, and continues to manage the property on behalf of ownership.
