Located in Country Club Hills at the intersection of 167th Street and Crawford Avenue, at the east exit ramp off I-57. Tucker developed the approximately 80,060 square foot inline retail center within a larger mixed-use entertainment district shadow-anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, with Marcus Theatres, Guitar Center, and a range of quick-service restaurants in the surrounding district. Tucker exited the investment in 2019.
