Metropolitan Square

A transit oriented development encompassing 300,000 square feet: 40,000 square feet of grocery, 60,000 square feet of retail shops, 22,000 square feet of office, 142 condos and lofts, and a 250 space public parking garage.

The capital stack included a public/private partnership with the City of Des Plaines, combining Tax Increment Financing with conventional bank debt. Tucker completed the project in 2005 and sold it in 2007.
