Master planning, entitlement, and development services for a mixed-use project comprising approximately 310 multifamily units and 90,000 square feet of retail, including both grocery and premier fitness components.

Tucker's scope spanned the full range of development and construction planning, from conceptual planning through complete construction documentation, lease negotiation and coordination, all public entitlements including two Planned Developments with the City of Chicago, construction pricing and GMP contract negotiation, and permitting and selective demolition to facilitate the adaptive reuse nature of the project.
