Tucker acquired Randall Crossing in October 2021. Located at the southwest corner of Randall Road and County Line Road, the center carries high visibility along Randall Road and is shadow-anchored by Algonquin Commons, one of Chicago's largest grocery-anchored lifestyle centers. Randall Crossing sits directly in front of Trader Joe's.
The 27,521 square foot center featured Men's Wearhouse, Club Pilates, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Eye Boutique, and Peak Smiles Dental. Tucker sold the asset in December 2024.
