Springfield Avenue Marketplace is a 250,000 square foot grocery-anchored development with 120,000 square feet of retail space, including a 71,000 square foot ShopRite, and a 152 unit luxury apartment residential component developed as 24 Jones.
Developed in 2016, the center filled a void in the local retail landscape by serving an area that was previously considered a food desert. Tucker sold the property in 2018.
