A live, dine, shop hub for the Lincolnwood community

8.47 acres, located at the intersection of Touhy and Lincoln Avenues was purchased by Tucker Development in April of 2019. 
 
Tucker Development partnered with AECOM-Canyon Partners, a joint venture between AECOM Capital and Canyon Partners to develop this site.  Construction began in November 2021 for an Amazon Fresh anchored mix-use project including  299 mid-rise multifamily units, more than 40,000 leasable square-footage of additional retail and restaurant space, and a dynamic public open space.  Unique residential amenities include a one-acre elevated deck complete with pool, putting green, bocce court and much more.  Construction was completed in July 2023.  District 1860 is a live, dine, and shop hub for the Lincolnwood community and surrounding areas.
