Kevin Cleary

Vice President, Construction

Kevin Cleary Joined Tucker Development (Tucker) in May of 2014. As Construction Manager, Mr. Cleary is responsible for the coordination of design, permitting and construction for various base building and tenant improvement projects in the Tucker portfolio. 

Mr. Cleary brings over 35 years’ experience in the construction industry to Tucker, with particular focus on land, office and shopping center development. He has managed commercial construction projects in the United States and Canada for national and international real estate developers including Greycoat Real Estate Corp., ORIX Real Estate Equities, Inc. and Regency Centers.

Prior to joining Tucker, Mr. Cleary owned a general contracting company, specializing in retail interiors.
